Part of the Prenatal Power program*This Vinyasa yoga sequence incorporates intentional Prenatal-friendly Sun Salutations and gentle heart opening postures to build freedom and flexibility in your body, so you can start your morning in the best possible way. We will also take some time to unwind, so you can feel refreshed and ready to take on your day. You will release tension in your shoulders, chest, and lower back with postures such as Cobra, Seated Cat and Cow, Tiger Pose, Crescent Lunge and Puppy Pose. In a short amount of time, you create space and calm to prepare for the most transformative experience ahead.
