This Vinyasa flow practice is centered around heart-opening poses and sequences to support spinal flexibility and emotional release, so you can feel more open to changes and embrace your life with trust and courage. Poses include Camel, Sugar Cane, Wild Thing and free movement involving circular patterns and breath-led chest openers.
Suggested props: 2 yoga bricks.
