You will explore safe backbends and heart-opening postures like Crescent Lunge with Kali Mudra to skyrocket your confidence, and grounding poses such as Wide Chair and Goddess, to connect to your strong and steady self. Depending on how your body feels in terms of energy, you will be invited to embrace different variations and support yourself with two bricks, always regulating the pace and intensity of your practice to ensure safety and comfort while maintaining a sense of empowerment. You will close with Legs Up the Wall to promote comfort and lightness in your legs, and induce a sense of relaxation in your bodymind.
