Addressing the importance of core strength during pregnancy, this invigorating yoga flow incorporates dynamic Vinyasa sequences to safely engage and stabilise your abdominal and back muscles. You will connect to your inner power, challenge your stability and maintain your centre, so you can reduce the risk of back pain and better support your growing baby. Attention will be given to proper alignment and gradual progression to support your body in a safe way through postures like Warrior III, all 4s, Extended Side Angle, Modified Boat and Modified Side Plank.
