This program is all about establishing a healthy, regular yoga habit. By the end of these 30 days stepping onto your yoga mat in the morning will become second nature - or at least a little easier!
The classes are active Vinyasa yoga or Hatha yoga, so they are perfect for mornings. The classes are suitable for all levels. They build up steadily in duration over the 30 days, to make it easy for you to get into the daily habit of yoga.
Every seventh day you'll give your body a rest with a more relaxing yoga class, meditation or Yoga Nidra session.
Try to practise every morning for 30 days. If you need to skip a day just start up again when you can, your classes will always be here for you when you return!
