This 2 week program combines Yoga, Pilates and Mixed Movement to give you a well-rounded experience and improve your flexibility, stability, and muscle tone.
✔️ 3 strength-focused classes per week – that gradually build in intensity and length, allowing you to grow stronger and more confident with each session.
✔️ A mixed movement approach – combining Yoga, Pilates, and mixed movement (circuit training and MoveNat) for an effective and integrated experience that works your entire body (and mind!)
✔️ Expert guidance – Each class is handpicked by Esther Ekhart, combining her – and your! – favourite sessions.
✔️ Flexible schedule – You can repeat classes or take longer to complete the program if needed. You also have the option to repeat Week 1 before moving on to Week 2. The focus is on gradual improvement rather than pushing yourself too hard.
By the end of the program you'll notice a significant improvement in your overall strength and stability. The yoga components will complement your strength gains and improve your range of motion. As an added bonus, the integrated approach of Yoga, Pilates, and Mixed Movement will foster a deeper mind-body connection.
This program is ideal for those who already have a base level of strength and fitness. It's reasonably challenging, beginning with All level and Level 1/2 classes, building up to Level 2 classes.
