This 3-week yoga program is all about boosting your physical and mental resilience.
You can expect three yoga classes per week which build up in duration from 30 to 60 minutes. Plus a weekly 20 minute meditation or breathwork class that you can repeat as often as you wish.
Resilience isn’t just about being strong or tough, it’s also about adaptability, being able to deal with change and bounce back after being under pressure. So in this program you’ll work on strength, particularly in your core, functional flexibility and mobility, through 4 classes a week from a mix of teachers:
This program is suitable for people with some yoga experience. The classes are quite dynamic and build up to 60 minutes. If you are working on your strength - particularly in your wrists and shoulders - please feel free to take your time with this program and repeat the shorter classes if you prefer.
