Thank you, that was very interesting and I'm looking forward to trying out your practice this evening. Patanjali in Yoga Sutra 1.38 suggests looking into our sleep and dreams as one way to overcome the obstacles in our path to yoga. I've always been interested in dreams, but your talk is the first time I've heard someone address this topic in a yoga context, so I was very excited to listen to it.

Thank you very much, this talk was truly helpful for me to know more about dreaming and inspiring to create helping evening habits. I started journaling recently what was good/bad during a day, now I will add what would I do differently in a positive way. Thank you again!

I have never given much thought to my dreams. I have them, but don't remember them in much detail. They are, thankfully, benign in nature. However, I am curious and this is a new area for discovery. Thank you.
