This class is designed for people that feel shortness of breath, have bronchitis or asthma. To increase the power and capacity for breathing, this class practices accessing the leg muscles and addresses in particular the arches of the feet as they influence the functioning of the diaphragm. A gentle, all level class that will focus on engaging the muscles and breath through movement in Tadasana stretches, Parsvakonasana, Cresent lunge and Cobra pose.
