This is the first class in our program, 30 Days of Yoga: Calm + Strong. Step into your inner warrior with this 30-minute strong slow flow, designed to build strength, resilience, and focus. Through intentional holds and mindful transitions, you’ll cultivate a steady presence and grounded courage to face life’s challenges. This practice emphasises building heat in the body, engaging core strength, and finding balance, all while staying connected to your breath. We end with a calming, cool-down to release tension and reflect on your new-found strength and resilience.
