These classes are designed in a way to give you a comprehensive practice and all under 30 minutes! Each class has a different theme like 'Cultivating stability' and 'Become centered in your inner peace". Develop your strength and flexibility and return to yourself on your mat.

The order of classes is up to you. try to practice one a day. You could do each class in the order below or pick one class and repeat it for the whole week or just pick a class every day that appeals to you.
