Tune Up and Refresh is a comprehensive 4-week program with 3 yoga classes each week with Esther Ekhart that build up progressively from 30 minutes to an hour, and a meditation to underpin your practice.
Each week has a different theme - detox, core strength, de-stress and energise - and alongside your classes, there's loads of extra information, including off the mat tips, recipes, anatomy lessons and in-depth articles to keep you motivated and inspired.

This week your Vinyasa flow yoga classes will focus on twisting and turning, to help you let go. The constant flow will build up heat and the twists will aid the detox process.

Classes this week will focus on relaxing you on a deep level, through becoming present and aware. This week slow it down, using Yin Yoga and Slow Flow to help become more grounded. We will look at the 'rest and digest' response, which foods are calming to the body, some Pranayama exercises and more.
This week your yoga classes focus on energy and expansion. In the previous classes you've detoxed, strengthened and relaxed and you now can really expand and energise your body!
