Having a regular practice during your term could help to prevent common pregnancy symptoms like sciatica and lower back pain.
This program has classes for all stages. If you are brand new to yoga it's not recommended to practice during your first trimester unless under the supervision of a qualified pregnancy yoga teacher. But we have some great classes to help you through your 2nd and 3rd trimester and onto labor.
If you have visited the mat regularly before your pregnancy than it's important to keep your practice going and we have some classes that you can consider practicing in the first trimester.
These classes are for the first two stages of your pregnancy. They are designed to support you and your baby. Please note that if you are starting yoga for the first time then it is not recommended that you begin in the first trimester without a teacher apart from breathing techniques, gentle movements and meditation. If in any doubt please ask for permission from your doctor.
