This selection of classes has been lovingly put together to help you establish/maintain a regular practice. Cultivate stability, discipline and structure.
During this four week program you can choose to practise 7 days a week or 3/4 times a week. The choice is yours. This well-balanced program offers classes that focus on strength, flexibility and relaxation throughout each week and offers a great opportunity for you to experience different teachers and styles while still following a structured program.
If you are very familiar with yoga and you want to develop a regular yoga practice then this program is for you! It includes a mix of yoga levels so it's not recommended for beginners.

This week we invite you to have a 'beginners mind', experiencing your practice as if it was the first time.
Low intensity (x4 classes a week) : practise on day 1, 3, 5 & 7. You can choose between a long or short class.
High intensity (x7 classes a week) : practice all suggested classes.
