We invite you to join us in an exploration of Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar). Besides the familiar Surya Namaskar A & B there are plenty of playful variations to explore that will enrich and inspire your practice (and teaching).
This 3-week program consists of 21 days of variations of the Sun Salutations. These All Level classes lead up to a special class filmed by Esther Ekhart and Jennilee Toner.
Practising the Surya plays on a daily basis will improve your strength and flexibility and help you to feel more energetic and inspired. Playing around with the variations could bring you new ideas, different perspectives and inspiration off the mat too!
Practise each class in the order given below. Classes build up from 10 minutes right through to 70 minutes to help you develop strength and stamina gradually. Enjoy playing!
