Join us for a program of 12 short and sweet (and sometimes sweaty!) classes to dip into over Summer. These 20 minute yoga classes are ideal to do if you’re able to enjoy more time outside.
We recommend aiming for 4 classes a week to keep up your practice and get the benefits. Of course, feel free to take longer and work to your own schedule.
The classes are active, energising, short blasts of physical movement, so they’re also great to combine with meditation and pranayama if you have more time to practice.
