Begin your day with yoga and notice the effect it has on your mood, ability to concentrate and capacity to see the bigger picture. The classes are a mix of active and energising Hatha and Vinyasa flows and each is around 20 minutes long so that you can easily fit it into your morning routine. By the end of the challenge, our hope is that stepping onto your mat every day becomes something you look forward to and sustains your energy and focus for the rest of the day.
This program is ideal for those who are already familiar with yoga. It's reasonably challenging, beginning with All level and Level 1/2 classes and builds up to Level 2 classes (with a cheeky level 2/3 class at the end!) If you are an absolute beginner, we suggest you follow our Yoga for Beginners course first.
The idea is that you build a yoga habit by practicing every day. However, life happens, so if you miss a day, don’t be disheartened - the key thing is to do what you can, when you can. EkhartYoga members have unlimited access to these classes so you can repeat classes you like or skip a day in between if you need to take it at a slower pace.
