Keep a block and blanket nearby for this class. Just like back pain, problems in the neck affect many people. In this class you will practice some poses to relieve stress and fatigue and strengthen the areas in the upper back and neck to help you regain good posture. Once you know the poses, you can do them separately as needed as well. No yoga experience needed. With reclined postures and basic twist.
