Tashi shares her love of lunges in this whole body flow. This is a great session to free up the hips and develop mobility and balance. As usual, Tashi weaves in a touch of poetry and philosophy, and ends the practice with a lovely mantra – Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu.
