Join Tashi for an accessible flow that encourages freedom in the hips and legs so we feel confident to move powerfully in the world. This hip-focused session explores enjoyable ways to free the spine, the pelvis and the legs. This class includes standing postures, functional movement and balancing postures such as Tree pose.
We’ll use two blocks and a belt during the class.
