A wonderful and accessible session with a bit of everything but no props. Tashi leads us into some of her favourite stretches, breathing practices and flows for a whole body check in. This session will prepare you for whatever comes next. You might do this one in the morning to get yourself up and moving, or to wind down in the evening.
