Join Tashi for a refreshing and dynamic session which focuses on the flow of the breath. We explore some familiar postures and transitions with the intention to stay present and intimate with our breathing. We expand our capacity to feel our body as a dynamic inner landscapes and witness our living being as being as subtle as breathing itself.
Props: Two blocks may be supportive for the practice.
