This is an opportunity heighten your concentration and expand your capacity for mindfulness. This relaxing session with Tashi guides us on a simple and loving journey to regain our focus. With each breath, you'll gradually shift into a state of focused awareness, feeling fully present and grounded into your body. This session is perfect if you are feeling agitated or distracted, or the pressure of deadlines.
You'll need a bolster, a belt and two blocks.
