This session with Tashi Dawa invites us to nourish and feel into our movement. Expect lots of familiar postures done a little differently and amongst other things, we'll be practising arching and curling to release and engage the arms and shoulders and to feel the upper back become alive. This is a complete session with lots of exploration and play.
