With the symbolism of the half moon in mind, we will progressively prepare our body for Half Moon pose (Ardha Chandrasana). This is slower paced, stronger class with standing poses and thigh stretches that will guide you to your peak pose. With Parsvakonasana, Skandasana, Prasarita Padottonasana, Parsvottanasana, Ardha Chandra Chapasana and more.
