Sometimes we get too busy or feel uninspired and don't get on our mats for a while (or ever!). In this class, you'll be encouraged to tap into the inherent wisdom using your breath and movement as a vehicle to unlock deeper layers of self-awareness and tranquility. It can be intimidating sometimes to get on your mat so this session is a great invitation. The flow is slow and steady and gives you time to feel your strength building and to focus on your breath. Simple, slow, effective… Welcome home to your body!
