A reoccurring pose in this wrist-friendly class is Garland Pose, or Malasana. This deep hip stretcher is beneficial for our back and leg health and is a pose that’s helpful for both habitual ‘sitters’ and athletes to practice. This class will strengthen and stretch the hips and leg muscles so you will be able to get the most out of Garland pose. With Malasana, Parivrtta Malasana, Parighasana, Virabhadrasana III and more.
