In this class there’s a lot of rounding, side bending and twisting using slow, gentle movements and stretches. This practice invites you into a soft space, using small movements to give the message to your body that it's safe to relax. We’ll focus on the upper back, arms, neck, shoulders, and the sides of the body. It includes organic movement, shaking and bouncing. With Z-twisting, Balasana, Prayer pose and more.
