This Throwback Thursday is a little gem: just 20 minutes to get your body moving and raise your energy levels. You guys seemed to like it too. If you didn't try it first time around, give it a shot!
In this short energising class, you'll free up your hips, and awaken your core. Shakti is the name for 'power' or 'energy' so when you need a bit more energy to get going, or you want to experience more aliveness, this short practice will help you to get into your body and breath. A repetitive sequence in which we build up the poses, culminating in a nice, juicy backbend. Includes Sukhasana, Parivrtta Sukhasana, Vajrasana and Ustrasana.
