In this class, we will use the focus on our feet, as well as our breath, to stay grounded while moving through a series of standing poses and balancing poses. With Utkatasana, Lunges, Virabhadrasana I, II and III, Vrksasana, Garudasana and more. Keep two blocks handy in case you need them.
