In this practice, we’ll move through creative Sun salutations, adding poses to every round in an easeful and gently energising flow. The focus in this class is the relationship between you (your body) and the yoga asana. We approach the pose as a blessing rather than a form that needs to be 'achieved'. This concept can also be taken off the mat and applied to the special people in your life, who support and love you! With Sun salutations, Side plank pose variation, Sumo pose and more. No specific props required.
