Join Tashi for a 45 minute, whole body flow practice. This sequence is based around Sun salutations so you may recognise these and honour your own transitions or modifications. Tashi loves this sequence because it invites release, space and circulation in all areas. This is a great all-round practice that you may like to do regularly. Accessible, enjoyable and practical.
