When tension or stress is stored in the body, using breath and movement can help to break open stuck energy so it can release and flow more freely again. In this class we will move through some stretches to open the lungs, and gentle movements to warm up the body. After that, the movement and poses will be stronger and the breath work more intense. Please use caution when doing this class; this practice may cause you to feel dizzy and/or release tension and emotions - so pause if needed! With Lunge Twist, Cobra pose, Vajrasana, Thread the Needle and more.
Props: a cushion or blanket and a block.
