This class will guide you through some slow and deep movements that invite you to find tension, breathe into it and provide the space so your body can release it. Gentle stretches and longer holds lead you to a seated practice to elongate your breath and dive deeper into the space within yourself. With Vajrasana spinal rolls, Windshield wipers, Z-twist, Ardha Sukha Balasana, Sphinx pose, Prapadasana and some pranayama. You only need a cushion to sit on.
