This faster paced class will invite you to step up to feel and cultivate your power! With some basic alignment instruction and strengthening ‘workout’ moves, we will activate the entire body - legs, core, arms and back. We’ll move through a warm up, standing poses, core and arm activation and end with some deeper backbends. Have fun with the challenges and know that you’ve got this! With Thread the Needle pose, Parighasana, Virabhadrasana, Parsvakonasana, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana, Dhanurasana and more. Have a block handy for this class.
