In this half hour session we will combine yoga poses and movements with workout exercises to strengthen your shoulders, upper arms, back and chest. Weights are not mandatory but you can add them to make the class more intense. Challenge yourself in a fun and easeful way to get the taste of strength training, which brings a healthy balance to stretching in yoga classes. With Lunges, Parivrtta Adho Mukha Svanasana, Plank, Utkatasana, Malasana and much more. You'll need some light weights (1kg or 2kg), a blanket and two blocks for this class.
