In this short class we will go over 3 common pain points in the knees, their possible causes and the modifications you can try, using props and alignment actions. This is not a practice in itself but more of a tutorial in which you'll hopefully pick up some basic understanding of how to keep your knees healthy in various poses. With Lunge pose, Baddha Konasana, Janu Sirsasana, Balasana, Pigeon pose and more. Please have a couple of blocks, a bolster and a blanket nearby.
