This class is focused on opening the pelvic base so breath, subtle energy and circulation can move more freely in your pelvis. The pelvic floor is often tight due to stress, postural and movement habits. The class will start with some standing poses to strengthen and stretch the legs before coming to the floor and bringing in more grounding, relaxation and softness.
