It can be useful to focus on feeling your physical body as a boundary to shield yourself from becoming overwhelmed. In this short class, the main focus is on strength in the legs, arms and back so you can feel where your boundaries are. We’ll end the class with a short energy meditation that you can take into your daily life whenever you need it. With lunges, Ardha Uttanasana, Virabhadrasana III and more.
