This class is a nice, easy flow that adds poses to Sun salutations as we go, to wake up our breath, hips, legs and spine. You can do this as a quick practice to energise yourself or as a warm-up for a longer practice. With Sun salutations, lunges, lunge twist, Cat/Cow and more.
Have one or two blocks handy if you like to use them.
