This is a class with that little bit extra! A little more arm work, some abdominal core work and leg flexibility. This practice will get your heart pumping a little and move into a hand balance and a deep hip opener at the end, so the build up is no-frills and effective! Even if you skip the challenging poses, you can have fun and build up some heat. With Malasana, Reverse tabletop, Bear push up, Navasana, Ardha Navasana and more. You might need one or two blocks and a belt.
