The final class of the Restorative Yoga program. Forward folds are great way to invite more relaxing energy into our being by calming down the nervous system. Make sure that the poses still feel supportive and relaxed. Enjoy, yogis!
Props: bolster, 2 blocks, blanket. Optional: meditation cushion, extra blanket.
