In this, the fourth class of the Restorative Yoga program, we'll practice supported inversions up against the wall. Supported inversions are a great way to help rejuvenate tired (or restless) legs and aching feet and calm the nervous system.
Props: 2 blankets, 2 blocks, bolster.
