You don't need anything for this class, except a soft surface to lie on. This class moves away from the classical way of doing yoga poses. Instead, it uses very small and gentle movements to communicate a sense of safety and ease to the body so that it can relax. Micro-stretching has been proven to be very effective in creating good fascial health, which allows your body to release tension, increase mobility and move with fluidity and ease. This practice is ideal to do first thing in the morning, before bed, or after a workout.
