Throughout our lives, we pick up things that get stuck inside. This energy becomes tension and manifests as tight or cramped muscles, constricted breathing and racing thoughts. In this class, we'll use the body, breath and mind as gateways to connect to a much more open and expansive space within ourselves. Poses included Baddha Konasana, Parsvottanasana, Virabhadrasana II and III and more. Please have a cushion or some blankets handy to sit on for the pranayama and meditation.
