Shoulderstand is often referred to as the "Queen's Pose.' It calms your energy and balances you out. Of the inversions, Shoulderstand is the most calming and cooling pose. This class will guide you through the poses that prepare your body to come to Shoulderstand with a strong and open body. (If you're a beginner, please do my Shoulderstand tutorial first because this class does not have a lot of alignment instruction). With Suryanamskar, Chandranamaskar, Salabhasana, Halasana, Setu Bandha Sarvangasana, Sarvangasana and more. Have 2-3 blankets handy for this practice.
