In this class you will be guided through a variety of poses that focus on the muscular activation of your body. Strong legs and strong arms that are powered by directed activation will help you to distinguish where you need to be strong and how to apply your strength. This practice focuses more on holding poses where you can feel your strength but has a little flow in it too! With Pigeon pose, Side plank, Runner's stretch, Parsvottanasana, Tree pose leading to Baby Kapinjalasana. Keep a block handy.
