In this class Tashi offers her favourite self-soothing tools to bring a sense of balance and equilibrium. This creative sequence provides a set of stimulating practices that can be done any time of day to envision our bodies as a miracle. This class includes self-massage, tapping, shaking, posture play and relaxation. Tashi supports us to recharge our enthusiasm and energy, and ultimately develop a kind and respectful relationship with our bodies and minds.
