You might be able open your heart to others, but are you also able to do that for yourself? This self-love class will invite you to open up to loving and appreciating yourself. We'll practice deeper backbends while maintaining the intention of softening our heart. With Virasana, Bhujangasana, Akarna Dhanurasana (Archer's pose), and more. You will need a blanket for this class.
