In this class you will be guided through longer-held floor poses to allow your body to relax more deeply. Using the Yogic Vayu system, guided breath direction will help you to settle your energy, be more in your body (and out of your head) and let go of whatever is making you feel unstable or unsettled. With Ardha Sukha Balasana, Supta Vrksasana, Baddha Konasana and ending with a mudra to stimulate Apana Vayu.
